• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking to confirm seats and hotel.
• Balance payment due 15 days before departure.
• Booking is subject to seat and hotel availability at the time of confirmation.
• Passport copy and advance payment must be received to issue vouchers.

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of package cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of package cost.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges.
• Airline and hotel penalties apply as per supplier policy.

• Child 0–2 years: free without extra bed (only one infant per room).
• Child 2–12 years with extra bed: as per child price quoted.
• Single supplement applies for one adult in a room.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date.
• Standard hotel check-in 14:00 / check-out 12:00.
